Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of ProtectInk licenses from Melioratrix LLC (“Melioratrix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Purchases are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which administers payments and refunds on our behalf.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with ProtectInk. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, for any reason.

2. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address used for your purchase and include your order number or license key. You can also request a refund through Lemon Squeezy using your order confirmation. We may ask for basic details to locate your order.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically completed within a few business days after approval. Upon refund, your license will be deactivated and you must stop using and remove the App.

4. After 14 days

Because ProtectInk is a digital product delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after the 14-day period, except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted at our discretion (for example, for a verified technical issue we are unable to resolve).

5. Failed activation or technical issues

If you experience a problem activating or running ProtectInk, please contact [email protected] before requesting a refund — we are usually able to help quickly. If we cannot resolve a qualifying technical issue, you may be eligible for a refund even outside the standard window.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can make it right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in deactivation of the associated licenses.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies. We will post updates here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
